Android (not rooted) V2.2 and iScore 3.09.141
Created web site, exported two teams. tried to administer on the admin sit and I get the following error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/i/s/c/iscoreftp/html/my/dologin.php on line 111

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/i/s/c/iscoreftp/html/my/dologin.php:111) in /home/content/i/s/c/iscoreftp/html/my/dologin.php on line 7

I have tried changing my password, app said it worked, I still receive the same error. I sent an e-mail with my customer id and a description of the issue and have not heard back.
Why are we locked into your server anyway? why can I not just export the db to my desktop system? This is very frustrating.

We have found that there are some version of Android that use a SQLite database engine that is not compatible with the SQLite database on our servers. That is what is causing this issue. We are looking for ways to fix this. It does not effect scoring on the device itself - it only effects the ability to view the data on the Admin Website.

We will respond to your email shortly. For anyone else with this issue, if you can email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your Customer ID (found on Options screen), and include any information about your device you can provide (what type of phone, Android OS version if you know it, has the device been "rooted", etc), it will help us come up with a more permanent solution, and we should be able to help with your data specifically as well.

You are actually not locked into our server. You can email all the data from your device to yourself as HTML, CSV, or Excel data (or PDF for the Scorecard). You can then do whatever you like with this data.

Thank you.

It is not a matter of getting data out of the device, it is getting data into the device that is the concern. a phone is great for convenience and mobility, not so much for data entry as you well know.

The Admin Website helps with the typing data into the device (rosters, etc). Unfortunately your device is creating a database that is not compatible with our server, and we are trying to get enough information to figure out why. We have your email and are having our tech guys look into how we can handle this newer database format. If you can send a follow up email with the specifics of your device as noted in the response above (type of device, OS Version, is your device "rooted", and if so what procedure / installation of Android OS was used, or any other details you can provice), it may help us resolve the issue faster.

Thank you.

I apologize for being impatient with you WRT the inability of some droids to access the admin site. I did not realize your port was so recent. I will try to be patient.

We are actively looking for fixes for this, and believe we have a way for new iScore users with Androids to not run into this issue. We are still working on a way for people that had a device that created an incompatible SQLite database to get a compatible version. We are getting close.
