Hi I'm trying to edit some of my pitches and when I click on a pitch in the "Pitch by Pitch" menu no labels appear for the [Edit] buttons. The buttons work when you click on them, but hard to know which button to click without labels showing.

Scenario:
I am using HTC Evo on Froyo (2.2)
1. Open iScore and click on Game Manager
2. Click on the game you want to edit (for me its EALL Minors AAA Rockies @ EALL Minors AAA Diamondbacks)
3. Click "Pitch by Pitch" under Game Record
4. Click on any pitch (I chose one of the recorded balls)
Result:
I see three [Edit] buttons but no labels to the left of them to see which button does what.

We have been unable to reproduce this so far. Is the background for the pitch by pitch screen green for you? or is it white? our best guess is it is showing white instead of showing our background image --- maybe a low memory condition causes the background image to not load. We will see what we can do about that.

You are correct. I have a white background. I tried rebooting my phone and launching iScore and I get the same issue. The "Details" title bar is a grey-green and I see the similar grey-green [Edit] button, but the text is white on white it appears. I have about 13MB free on the phone so I'm not sure why there would be a low memory condition. I run Watchdog Lite and it is not alerting me to any resource issues.

We are trying to reproduce this issue and can hopefully have a fix for it soon. If others are having the same issue on different devices, please let us know.

We just released v3.09 for Android, and we put in a change that we hope fixes this issue. Since we have been unable to reproduce it, we can not know for sure, but please give it a try and let us know.

Hi guys...thanks for trying, but I'm still getting a white background when I try to edit a pitch in v3.09.141. Is there anything I can do to assist further? I would be happy to alpha test any fixes by installing a custom APK file you provide. Feel free to contact me at my e-mail.

We are going to continue trying to come up with a fix for this... if anyone happens to be having this issue and lives in the Orange County, CA area and would be willing to come by and show us their device, we would be happy to try and fix it right on our development machines. Hi Folks,

Thanks for the quick updates on Android. I make sure to test under each iteration and this issue is still happening in v3.10.147. I live in Pasadena, CA, so if I ever get down to the OC I'll be sure to bring my device and stop by your offices.

We went out and got an HTC ThunderBolt and can now reproduce this issue. Seems that HTC devices are having it while others are not. We should be able to resolve it pretty quickly, and include it in the next release - v3.14 (aka PI).
