Guest access to status from multiple leagues

The admin access to the web site appears to indicate that a Guest user can have the option of selecting which league they want to view stats. However, when I enable the "Always Allow" option neither the Admin or Guest user has the option of changing the league view.

Have you assigned the leagues to the team your website is for? The Team Website will only list the leagues that have been assigned to the TEAM. Statistics reports on the device filter to games that have been assigned to the selected League, but the team website actually gets its list of leagues from the leagues that have been assigned to the TEAM, not games.

support@iscorecentral.com with your customer ID and team website name, we can take a look at your data and see what is going on.

don't forget to options>export after you assign the leagues to the team ...

I believe that I have done so. I have all the pertinent leagues available when selecting the Default from the admin settings for the team web site. I will e-mail the info shortly. Thx!

On your handheld device the team that is associated with your team site must belong to multiple leagues for you to have a choice on the web site (device> team manager > select team, > leagues, check all that apply).
