"Invalid Restore" when emailing player cards

I started using the new feature to email player cards - very cool! It all works fine except for the card for one particular player where I get an "Invalid Restore" error and a blank page when I try open it up in Adobe (Adobe Reader 7.0). Every other player works fine. I searched the forum but didn't see anything like this yet. Any ideas? Thanks.
