I emailed a player card and I noticed the era and era9 totals for the emailed player card are incorrect although the totals for the same player card in the iPhone is correct. I think other totals in the emailed player card might be incorrect. Please advise

Are you saying tne stats on the iphone player card right before you hit send email are different than what is received in your email.... If you can verify the difference is just that, durring the send of email. Would suggest you export your database and email
support@iscorecentral.com with your customer id, and describe the player in question..
If you are saying the stats on the card and in email are not what you expected...
My first suggestion is check your league manager settings, the player card stats are filtered by what ever leqgues you have check maeked as on...

The era totals are different. In a particular league a player shows the following for the same game:
Emailed player card era total: 99.99
Player card in the phone: 18
The era9 total is also incorrect

Ftm will want to see your example, export your device and email them with your device id and explain which player and game you are looking at...
First i have heard of the screen showing one thing (18) and then the email changing it (99.9).

We have identified and fixed the issue. There were some cases where the number of innings pitched were being rounded incorrectly on the server when the player card was being generated. This is now fixed (does not require an update to the App on the iPhone), and everything should now match on the emailed Player Card and the device Player Card.
Thank you for helping us identify this issue.
