Game just disappeared...HELP

After scoring my sons 4th game of Fall baseball...and after the coaches and parents have been amazed at how I've scored the first 3 games using iScore...the unthinkable has happened. After ending the game and exiting the scoring screen, I clicked email to send the stats to my email address. I received a pop up notice that the stats couldn't be emailed due to some error. After clicking OK it returned me to the game list and the just ended game was removed from the screen. GONE! The first 3 games are there.

I've tried everything. Now we have absolutely NO RECORD of the game. Stats for the season will now be wrong for the rest of the year. How can I have any confidence in this again?

Any suggestions? Please tell me since I had iScoreCast turned on there's some way to get the data back.

The most common cause of this is leagues... go to League Manager and be sure the "All" league is enabled. Then go back to your game list and see if the game appears. If it does not, if you can go to Options->Export on your device, this will send the data from your device to our servers. Then send us an email to support@iscorecentral.com with your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen), and include a brief description of the issue you are seeing. There is no way a scored game can disappear from the device... each pitch is stored in the database as you enter it.

Thank you for exporting your data. We analyzed your database and can see the game was deleted. The only way this can happen is by pressing the Delete button from the Game Info screen.

Maybe instead of pressing the Email button in the lower left corner of the Game Info screen, you accidentally pressed the Trash Can icon (delete game) in the bottom right corner and clicked OK to confirm the deletion (a warning comes up when you do this).

We were able to recover the deleted game. If you go to Options->Import on your device, the game should re-appear.

For those reading, I highly recommend getting into the habit of exporting your database after every game. This creates an emergency backup on ftm servers, and can sometimes save the day like here..
