Cannot add new teams or players

Not sure what happened, but i have exported data many times over the past year and a half, but have never had this problem. Last thing I did was export my data and then import. This takes a while so when I came back to the device the import successful popup was there and I closed it and the application. When trying to score a game the next day, I found that all my teams and players were missing so I checked the leagues and made sure that all was checked and it was. At the park there wasn't much else I could do but recreate my team and players, but I could not get them to stay. I could create a team in team mgr and add players but after I hit save and went back to team mgr all that was there was the + Add team. After trying to do this several more times with the same result, I was finally able to create the game and the teams in the Score a game menu. I could create a new team from there, but if i left that screen and went back to the main menu all that data was lost and I was back to the +add team as the only option from Team mgr. Long story short, if I exited the score game menu all data was missing from the device including a full game I scored earlier in the day.
At home I pulled up the admin site and all the previous games were there, league ALL was checked on the admin site. Not sure what to do at this point. I didn't want to export anything for fear if it was gone I didn't want to overwrite the DB. Any suggestions? Thank you for your help.

you have been an iscore user for a while, and i appreciate the detailed description. I am generally pretty good at help, but i am puzzled on this one and am going to suggest you email FTM , with your device id and suggestion. they have the benefit of accessing your data base. going to have to let them take this one...

Yes, do not export any more (we keep the last 4 on our server), and email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your customer ID and briefly remind us of what the issue is. Thank you.
