I'm having a couple issues pop up where data is miss applied. Should I delete the app and reinstall. If that's the case, how do I do that so the ID remains the same?

Caution, Deleteing will remove all your data. why? Would you rather not troubleshoot your issues?

Restoreing the Customer ID is easy (will happen automatically, when you re dowload from itunes (no charge)), but you will loose all your previously input information (including any purchased team web sites). Are you sure that is what you want to do? If so, hold iscore app icon till it shakes, and then hit X to deleate, then go back to itunes store log on with same itunes account you used to purchase it originally, and although it says 'buy', you will get prompted later, already purchased, no charge. The customer id will be the same, (it is device specific).

again, only do this if you are willing to loose all history and want a clean slate. if you have a particular issue you want to trouble shoot, reply back

good luck

I'm frustrated that I can not fix a few scoring errors that were made during the past couple games. Ie. A player not getting credit for his inning pitched, changing a hit to an error, or the wrong player shows up in the pitch by pitch as receiving the error.

I've entered pitch by pitch to change it, entered the game and exited (to reset the stats), all to no avail. This is a great app but, if mistakes are made, I'm finding it difficult to remedy.

I'd appreciate any insight.

Mike

Every one of those issues can be edited in the Pitch by Pitch detail. You just need to go to Game Manager for the game, select Pitch by Pitch, and either edit the starting lineup to make sure the correct starters are in the game (tap the "Game Starts" event, then tap "Edit" next to Starting Lineup), or scroll to the pitch where a substitution should have been made, tap that pitch, and tap Edit next to Substitutions and make the appropriate edit. For changing a hit to an error, scroll to the pitch where the hit was incorrectly entered, tap the pitch, and change the player to having reached on error instead of a hit.

(You should not have to enter the game and exit... editing a game in the above fashion should always update the stats immediately.)

If you are making these change and not seeing the stats you expect, do an Options->Export on your device, and email us your Customer (bottom left of Options screen) with a description of what is not correct (game, player, inning of issue, etc) and we will take a look. Email should be sent to support@iscorecentral.com.
