When I hit I score on my Ipod it will not pull up...

Was it running before and now stopped running? Or has never run at all right from the moment you purchased it? If it is a new purchase and is not running, we would suggest removing it and reinstalling. On very rare occassions we have heard of applications not getting installed correctly (not just iScore), and removing the application and reinstalling will get it working.

FYI, if you do a reinstall of an already purchased app..... itunes is smart and will not charge you again. Though you will not discover this until after you have agreed to “buy” it again. Just know, you won't. After you hit buy, and it starts to download, it will send you a prompt that you have previously purchased this app and will not charge you again. (assuming of course you are logged on using the same apple ID and account as the original purchase).
