Exporting games and not showing up on website

Hi...
Just finished a 2 day tourney with a new Team. I exported data to server, and get a confirmation on my iPhone 3GS, but when I go to my admin website, the games and Teams are not there. Does it take awhile to download to site? I noticed my device ID was different than login ID. I also notice it says last updated 1213hours ago?

If you can email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your Customer ID and the team name for your website, we can take a look and see what is going on. The most common issue people have in this regard is they get a new device (new iPhone or change to an iPad), and do not realize that the website they created with their old device can not automatically start using a new device as the source of data.

We can transfer your Team Website to use a new device as the source... we just need the name of the team website and the customer ID (and please email them to us, do not post them in the forum).

ahhhhh..... I had to get a new iPhone, 3 weeks ago. I don't know any other device number than the one on my iScore. My admin website ID dosent' show, it just goes back to mainpage, not sign in.... wait, let me re-boot my Internet.
