Can't assign position to DH substitute

Latest iPad version, 2.7. Substituted another batter for DH in 9th inning. New batter is in lineup with no position (normal, because I made the switch on the Offense screen). With no way to assign DH on the Defensive screen, he is listed with no position. Did I miss the proper way to assign him the DH "position" somewhere?

howdy jcbeckman hope all is well ....
you stumped me, i for one can not figure it out either, nor could i create a workaround.
This appears to be an issue for both devices, iPhone and iPad in current version 2.7.
In working on this, I also found similar issues with DP and Flex players similar to that with DH.
For those reading, The issue is the only time you can tag a player as DH, DP or Flex is in the original line up, no way to assign a sub the DH, DP or Flex tags, durring a game. this does not hinder your ability to score a game and make DH, DP Flex substitutions, it just will not get recorded on the score card (or displayed on the in game line up screen on iPad)
The scorcard POS column shows DH for the original starting line up DH (correct) but will show '-' on a sub DH. (on iPad the line up screen will show DH for original starting DH but 'blank' for a sub).
For DP you have an added problem, the scorecard only shows '-' for starting DP and then of course '-' for the sub DP (both seem wrong)
For Flex you have another problem, they do not show up on the scorecard at all. It is common practice in hand books to have them listed with their paired DP or given a seperate row.
A solve could be to enable a white circle DH/DP icon off to the side on the substitution screen, when the starting line up has a DH or DP in it. .
by the way, in the starting line up screen for a player, I have wondered why DH button is next to fielding position vs batting? Should it not be next to DP, Flex. or Perhaps a special group for just DH DP EP and Flex. (and those force the right batting = yes/no and fielding = out settings as appropriate).. (yes, you noted a small lobby to add EP if you are coding that page again, EP batting = yes fielding = out and is different than the DP/Flex pairing

Hi OhioTex - glad it wasn't just me! I spent a couple of minutes trying to fix it but in the end just gave up as it wasn't a huge deal, but certainly annoying.

We will look into this and get it fixed in an upcoming release. The "DH" position is marked as "DH" above the position in the offensive lineup, and you should only have to change it on the Offense screen. We do see however that on the main iPad screen, it leaves the sub's position blank, and on the Scoresheet, it does not show the position for the newly subbed in DH. Until we get this fixed, you can still continue scoring fine and the player will get credited with the stats as you would expect. Thank you for pointing this out.

Yes, on the offensive substitution screen the DH is posted above the player....but that is only for the starter.. once you make a substitution for the starting DH, the DH dissapears-- aka same problem as you have on scorecard and line up screen on ipod.
Also while talking about the offensive substitution screen, there is a small bug in that you can make a player both a DH and a DP (should they be mutually exclusive?) and when you do this for a starter, DH and DP, are overlaped on the offensive substitution screen ....

Concur with OhioTex on the DH disappearing on the substitution screen - I didn't try any of the rest of it.
