Prrogram abort when merging players

When I try to merge several players, on about the fourth merge (every time!!!), the program aborts. I'm running the iPad version.
Any ideas?

We have actually fixed this issue for our next release. For now, if you do more than a couple of merges, you will have to exit iScore and go back in after every few merges. We hope to release the update very soon. Thank you.

I'm a rookie to the software but I'm really impressed with its capability once I got the hang of it. What does the merge function do & what's its purpose? I use the app on the iTouch. thank u

OAR,
During the coarse of a season when inputting team rosters the same player comes up more than once but we don't necessary catch that the player is already in the data base. Therefore the player is in the player data base multiple times. Merging allows you to merge the multiple occurrences of the the same player.
