Missing game in "Get from Web Database"

I have a new ipad and have been transfering some data from my iphone version.

I used the "Get from Web Database" option on the ipad. These worked fine for most of the teams and games. However, I have one game that is not showing up as an option to transfer on the ipad.

Why is this one game missing?

Did you export your database from the phone after scoring that game?

In addition to needing to export, games that have already been transferred will also not show up on the list.

It hasn't been transfered. I doesn't show up on my ipad game manager.

And from my iphone I've done the export (I even waited a couple of days) but it never shows up as a transfer option.
