Inside Team Manager...I added a third name to the roster, and the app crashed.

Reloaded the app...went back to Team Manager...the team was gone, so I re-created it, then went to roster...the two kids I had successfully added prior were still listed in the list of players. Added two more...it crashed again...

So instead, I just added the kids in via the lineup form, and that worked.

Using the latest version on the iPad.

I've experienced this multiple times as well. Usually, when I go back in, the player I was creating has been saved.

We have not been able to reproduce this... does it happen every time you go to a team and try and add players to the roster?

Have you guys tried restarting you iPads? It could be a memory issue. By restarting I mean holding the top button until you get the option to turn it off. Then turn it back on and see if you still have the problem.

echo what jbeckman said.. especially if it is intermittent, .. this is a classic sign of a memory leak issue for me. some apps (email and safari being the most troublesome for me) they seem to stay in memory and leak.. causing all sorts of intermident crashes.. in all kids of places. a hard reset before scoring games does the trick..

I was adding names to Teams at Tournament I am at and same thin happened numerous (6) times. I then re-started iphone, and it is working fine. It was very frustrating, though.

yes, but reportedly the offending apps are out of iscore control... perhaps new OS4 will help?? who knows..

i just got in habit of hard shutdown and restart.. and going into airplane mode for bat life..

We have added some code for the next release to help make iScore run better in low memory conditions (i.e. when other applications have leaked memory) that will hopefully help with these conditions.
