I have tried to score many MLB baseball games. Every time, one of the teams does not have an up-to-date roster. When I go to the extra man list, the player is not listed. When I sync, the player is often covered with question marks, but iScore will not let me use the player. I try to sync my iPad with iScore updates just before game time, but that does not get me current rosters. It appears iScore cannot keep up with MLB roster changes. What should I do?

Sorry if this is a silly question, but are you sure you are connected to the Net? And are you certain your device is not timing out before all data is downloaded?

It actually sounds like you are not doing the roster refresh. Our rosters are udpated daily, but in order for you to get those updates, you need to go to Options -> Add Ons, and click the Refresh button next to the MLB Roster row. This will bring in the latest roster updates.

The "Sync" button pulls in that day's lineups, but assumes you have already done the Roster Refresh. In our next release, we have made it so the Sync button will also do the refresh for that team specifically so the Roster Refresh will not be necessary if you have internet connectivity at the field (but still necessary if you do not have connectivity and want an update before leaving for the game).
