Can No Longer Receive Email of Game or Team Statistics

After updating to the latest version (2.75) I no longer receive email of statistics for either individual game or team even though I get pop up that indicates email was successfully sent.

i have not seen similar issues reported before.... many folks have updated and not had this problem.... lets try and figure out why you are..

first, what type of device, iTouch/iPhone or iPad

second, i know this sounds remedial, have you tried re typing in your email address from scrtach, just to be sure no typos.

thrid, I am sure you read the pop up notice fine print, but i have sometimes scanned it and it and the difference between not sent and sent successfully, I sometimes miss.

fourth, try re emailing yourself an older game, one you know you have emailed before.

Report back.. we want to fix for you....before weekend games...

Thanks for your help. Please disregard and delete. I traced this problem to my service provider and it is now working.

I guess I spoke too soon. I still can not receive email from the iScore app being sent to cox.net provider. I can send to an alternate email provider (e.g., hotmail.com); just not to cox.net. Have you had issues with this service provider in the past?

We have not heard of a specific provider not allowing the emails, but we do sometimes hear of the emails going to the junk folder. Just make sure "DoNotReply@iscorecentral.com" is on your "friends" list (or better, *@iscorecentral.com and *@fasterthanmonkeys.com), and it should accept the emails.
