Under the "Header" area in settings when trying to change the "background color" it will not hold the changes...it works when you "test" it but once you hit save it goes back to the default black color. Am I doing something wrong.

After you save, press reload on your browser and it should update. Sometimes browsers have a weird caching issue where the old style is remembered, but refreshing will update it.
