Problems Getting new Subsrciption

Trying to purchase 2010 subscription says it cannot download to Enviroment:Sandbox? How do you change this?
We have not heard of this issue before. If you can email us at support@iscorecentral.com with as much information as you can provide, we can look into this. What we would like is customer ID (bottom left of Options screen), the version of iScore you are using (seen on title page), the type of device you are using (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad), and the OS you are using (seen in Settings -> General -> About on your device).
