Hi, a couple of times when scoring a game on Iscore, the iscorecentral app does not show names of players. they are identified as 'Unknown' Any suggestions? Also, I swapped teams in at least two games but on Central it was showing the scores going to the wrong team and showed wrong team winning.

"unknown player" will show when you don't assign a player to a fielding position (aka ? On scoring screen) or when you skip or mess up a substitution .. you can review and correct line up and substitution in post game editor..

I have not seen 'team swap.. wrong team score" issue reported before on the forum ..

Can you further describe how you 'swapped team' ? So support can Try to duplicate issue.
