Export and Import no working

My export and import is not working. I've had no problems until today. I have 5 games uploaded/exported to my website. This morning I was going into completed games and changing the number of innings from 9 to 6 or 5 (depending on what we played) so my printed score sheet would not print out blank innings. I'm not sure if this is the cause on the export/import not working. When I press the export/import buttons it does change to blue, but nothing happens.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Kevin D'Arcy

I just tested the export servers, and appear to be working fine.

1) I assume you have tested your internet connectivity and it is good? (that is generally the number one cause of failed exports.)

If internet connection is good..

2) when you tap export, it turns blue, but do you get the confirmation dialog box, "Confirm Export"?

If not, that will help FTM diagnose...

if so, it should go away and the screen may look like it is doing nothing, but come back in a couple minutes with a "successful" dialog box, While it looks like it is doing nothing, check the upper left of your iphone/itouch, next to the connectivity icon, you should see a icon suggesting data transfer in process. Do you?

I have internet connectivity, I just e-mail myself a score.

I tap export it turns blue, but nothing after that...NO confirmation dialog box

I do not see any icon suggesting data transfer next to the connectivity icon either.

Thanks for your quick response

If you can email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen), we can look on our servers and see if they are receiving your exports. Everything appears to be functioning as expected on the servers.
