Complete game is scored without any problems. home team regularly wins in 8.5 inning of a 9 inning game.
Visiting team used 3 pitchers. Statistics of last pitcher is missing. Other stats seem to be okay. In the play by play review the pitcher data of all 3 pitchers is available.
Same error happened to me as well a couple of weeks ago in a different game.

as described, I have not seen this specific issue reported on this forum before.. But I am happy to trouble shoot with you .
You can also send an email to
support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and details of your issue and support can look at your data and respond.. but that may take a few days
(alternatively if you want to expedite, and work this off line with me, post back and we can exchange email address) )
otherwise, here is what i would ask you to try to start to trouble shoot ...
- 1) make sure game has formally ended
do you have an F in the scoreboard instead of inning? When the game ends naturally, it updates the stats and scorebook.
If the game has not gone "final", go to main scoring screen, make sure you entered the last out play and then end the game manually, using MISC > END GAME
2) force a manual recalc of game stats . to do this go to game manager > select game > select visitor teams pitching stats > then select recalc ( upper right button). Did this correct?
If not correct, How many pitchers does it show , and how many outs for each.?
- Pitcher a, _outs?
Pitcher b, _ outs
Pitcher c, _ outs
It Should total 24 outs, if i am understanding your post correctly
3) if a pitcher is not showing right data, i suspect the issue is a missed substitution .
- you can review and correct substitutions post game using game editor ( game manager > select game> select Play by play / game editor )...
Review activity and correct any issues you find. Stats should update but you can force recalc if needed.
Post back a reply, amd we can go from there. Or If you want to work this off line, we can exchange emails

Hi OhioTex,
Thanks for looking into this issue.
In the last game I scored this weekend, the problem occurred again, so either I must be doing something wrong all the time (first point to yourself

, or there is a bug in the version I am using.
Anyway I have followed the 3 suggestions, and all were not applicable. 1. All games have an F, 2. Recalc resulted in the same overview with missing pitchers, 3. There was no missed substitution. Proof of that is the generated sorecard.pdf with all the substitutions, and even the overview of pitching results on page 3 (where allso the 'missing' pitchers are listed).
I would like to exchange emails so that we can trouble shoot further. Please sen me instructions on how to do this exchange
For me its important that the data is complete, without it all data is source of dispute.
Bernie

Resolved
The root issue identified was a couple players duplicated in game line up. Once starting line up cleaned up and duplicates removed/reaolved-stats were ok
A very strange manifestation of this problem was the scorebook and stats inside the main scoreing screen were correct (spreadheet icon and scorebook icon) while the stats under game info page were wrong, missing players and recalc would not fix
