The 2016 season is over and the Cubs won the WS, but when I press "Options" then "Add-Ons" the 2016 Roster still shows and I have no idea how to get rid of it. It is entirely likely that everyone else but me knows how to do it, but I still want to get rid of it!

Make sure you are on the most up to date version of iScore for Android (v4.51) or iOS (v5.011) .

check your versions and update if not current. If current and still have issue. Post back.


By looking at your past posts, looks like you are on iPad. and version 5.0x so, my next question is did you purchase the 2017 Subscription?

the 2016 will remain under options but without a New Data Sync msg. When you purchase 2017, you will see the New Data Sync icon for 2017

I have purchased the service for 2017, it appears with the title: "2017 MAJOR LEAGUE DAILY ROSTERS, LINEUPS AND STATS;" with a data sync icon, but the old one has the title: "ISCORE BASEBALL MAJOR LEAGUE ROSTERS 2016" and the data sync icon remains "Current;" only the 2017 icon responds to updating and toggles between "New Data" and "Current." The version of iScore is 5.011.

It sounds like it is working as expected.
2017 new data is active and 2016 is not

as mentioned before, the old 2016 subscriptions you purchased remain in the Option > Add On screen

If you would like the 2016 rosters removed from the Add Ons screen, we can do that for you if you email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID. It is something you purchased however, so we would not typically remove your purchase from the Add Ons screen.
