Adding batch not working (answered)

I'm unable to add a batch of names on the website. When I add the names and then numbers, the numbers end up in the last name field. When I add just names, it won't add anything. I'm doing it correctly, the same way I did it last time. Any ideas?

We just tried it with a team and it works just as described in the notes that pop up. We entered the following in the batch upload field:
Joe Smith 5
John Doe 8
And it added the two players and their numbers.
What is the specific data you are typing that is not working?
