I use a school issued IPad to use when scoring our baseball games. This past year they took the IPad back and did some updating etc. When I reinstalled the iScore app I cannot log in to my account as I do not know my password. I can get into my account online because it stored my password. The other trouble that I have is that I used to have a comcast email account which I used when setting up my iscore several years ago. Since I no longer have that account I cannot do a "forgot password" to retrieve my password because it is under the comcast email. Is there any way that I can get my old password to sign in on my IPad so that I can get my information back onto the IPad??

Sounds like when you reinstalled iscore, you likely got a new device ID (you can see ID and set and re set passwords on your device by Option> Admin web site)
If your new device has no new data on it (ie true new install, no data worth keeping) you can copy your old data base to new device on your own with 10 minutes of work, (see below), without having to wait on support .
- If you have data on your new device you need to save, then below will not work, and support likely your best resource.
normally if you have old device ID and password, you can use data sharing (here is FAQ on Data Shareing http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... _share.php)
by the way, if you have computer admin rights, you can normally expose a saved password in your computer browser
To walk you through (Data Base Copy Old Device Admin Site to New Device and New Admin Site).
Situation
- I understand you have "oldID" but not "OldPassword"
But that is OK, as long as you can login to my.iscorecentral.com with "oldID" and "saved Old Password".
I also understand "oldID" was registered to an email you no longer have access to, . Again, that is OK, if you can access my.iscorecentral.com for "oldID"
Lastly, and very critical, your new device, has no new data on it nothing worth saving (or can't easily re enter) because, below steps will copy your old data base to new device and wipe out any new device data
Steps
1) on your new device,
- a) note your "new ID" and confirm/set the "new Password" (Option > Admin Web Site)
b) option > export (to update cloud server)
2) on the web
- a) log into my.iscorecentral.com with "newID" and "NewPassword".
b) go to account tab
c) register "new id" to "new working email" (check your email in box for confirmation email)
here is FAQ on registering, if you need more detailed instruction
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... device.php
3) on the web
- a) log into my.iscorecentral.com with "oldID" and "saved old password".
b) Go to account tab.
c) Unregister old email (click on the red device number for pop up menu to unregister)
d) register "old ID" to "new working email" (check in box for confirmation email)
4) on the web
- a) log into my.iscorecentral.com with "new working email" and "registered email password".
b) go to account tab, and you should see BOTH "oldID" and "new ID" in red
c) click on Manage Data -
If your new device is brand new, ie has no new data, you can copy old device database from "oldID" to "newID" by clicking "manage data" and follow prompts to copy old database to new
here is a FAQ for more on Manage Data Copy Function http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... lldata.php
