If you registered your old account to an email address, you can register your new account to the same email address and use the transfer option described here to easily transfer the online data to your updated device:

If you did not register it to your email, you can use Data Sharing to transfer the data as described here:

THanks for the reply. Unfortunately I am trying to login to my account on my IPad but I do not have the passowrd and the email address it is registered to no longer exists. I can get the iscore data on my computer because it saved my password but I cannot see the password so I cant log on on my IPad. Any ideas of how to get my password for a registered account where the email no longer exists??

If you are able to log in from your computer, you can unregister the device from its existing email by going to the Account tab, clicking on the account number, and clicking the Unregister option. Then register it with your new email address. Then register your new device with that same new email and you will be able to copy your data to the new device.

I unregistered on my computer then registered under my new email and password. When I log out and try to log back in on my computer it says invalid user/password.

When you register with an email, a confirmation email is sent and the account will not be activated until that email is confirmed. You can always log in using the customer ID / password on the Options -> Admin Website screen in the iScore app as well.
