Contact Crash (answered)

I just recently updated to iOS 10.0.1 on my iPad. I'm running iScore v4.725 (which is current, according to the App Store). First game after updating, I go to email the box score to our media contacts by pressing the "+" button. The Contacts screen comes up like usual, but when I press any of the contacts displayed, the program crashes. I tried turning the iPad off then on again - still crashes. I tried resetting the iPad (home button and power button) - still crashes.
Now that I've returned home, I was able to make a work-around by opening contacts on my desktop and typing in the addresses by hand, and it looks as though everything went through OK, but there seems to be a glitch in accessing information in Contacts with iOS 10. (At least, that is the only thing that I know of that has changed on my iPad since last Monday. I reduce the e-mail list to just the coaches every Friday evening to send weekly stats, then have to add the media contacts back in on Monday, our first game after sending the weekly stat updates.)
We only have two more weeks of fall ball left after this week, so I doubt this will be addressed before the end of this season, but it would be good to have it addressed before things start rolling hard and heavy this Spring.
