I'm using the iScore Baseball app on my Apple iPad and since the most recent update came out I am have issues scaling and moving the picture. For instance I am going to the player profile to replace an old image and uploading a new one. When it gives me the option to move and scale, I try to move the image so the head is in the center and I can only see to about shoulder length. But when I get it the way I want and click "use", the image is more zoomed in than I set it for and the head is signifcantly more aligned to the right of the box instead of the center.

I don't know if this finding has anything to do with it but, when I have previously put in new images (before the update) there had always been two narrow, white, vertical lines that were on either side of the image in the box. But with the new update those lines are now removed. Just an observation, don't know if there is any effect.

Any feedback or help would be appreciated because it is frustrating to adjust the image numerous times via trial and error in order to get the image to look the way I want.

We just tried multiple times and it worked correctly every time. Be sure to leave enough "margin" around any photos you take to allow the zooming. You can not zoom to an off-center location too much as it needs to maintain a certain aspect ratio. If you continue to have trouble, you can send us a photo you are trying to use to support@iscoresports.com, and we can try cropping it on an iPad here to see if we can reproduce the issue you are reporting.
