Thankfully I was scoring Yanks/Sox and reviewed my pitch by pitch to see this improbably entry. I had it happen to me last weekend in LL ball, and had forgotten about it. Reviewing chapter on Scoring, I don't see where options for hard, soft medium are selected. It must have been a setting, but where?

If you have record hit locations turned off (settings in bottom right of main scoring screen), then iScore will not ask you for hit location (or hit strength). If you turn it on, then you can select these options.

Thanks, I presume that's the only way. I'd rather not have extra taps to deal with.

I find Most folks who take the time and effort to post on this forum, quickly out grow settings to minimize key strokes in exchange for accuracy. there are a few game option toggles that i recommend you set more robustly ..
Snow hit locations =yes
Scorekeepwr level = Advance
Minimize questions =no
Suggest give them a try, may be a bit more as you go but worth it (imho)
