I've been scoring games for a few months (on my android phone) with no issues exporting to the admin site. I have another parent who's willing to score games on her iPhone when I'm not able to make it. We believe we're following all the data sharing instructions correctly. Since I'm on Android and she's on an iPhone, I know we can't use Bluetooth, but rather have to share the data over the internet. On her phone, she went to Options, Data Sharing, Get from Web Database and put in my customer ID and password. Then she was able to import the team/roster and a few games that I'd previously scored. The only thing that did not import was the leagues that I'd set up. So we figured we could change that after the games were exported. So she scored a couple games and exported them successfully. While she was scoring, I was able to see the games via scorecast. However, the two games she scored are not showing up on the admin site. We checked 'Synchronization' on her phone, it shows that the two games she scored in the 'Already Sent' list. Can anyone help with why these games aren't showing up on the admin site?

Couple points

1) You are correct leagues do not transfer in data share that is by design. Leagues are set up and managed indpendently on each device.

When you do data share, the files ypu bring in inherit the leagues on at time of transfer

2) admin web site
Games are transferred to admin web site when you Option > export from a device

Each device has its own device Id and password which is found under option > admin web site

option > expprt and then make sure checking admin web site for that device


3) team web site
I want to be sure you are not talking about showing up on a team web site (paid subscription) . Team web site are tied to a device and updated with option > export but data must be from the host device

4) when data shareing,
Note : when data shareing back and forth games to multiple devices. The receiving Device can not already have the game on there ( if so delete).

She needs to send you the games back via data share and then you export for them to show up on your admin website or team website that is tied to your device.

Thank you OhioTex and Team Mom. With your help, I finally figured it out. I was just missing a small step. I thought that when the other parent exported the games to the iScore servers, that it would show up in 'my' admin site, since she downloaded from the web site using my credentials. Your responses made me think I was missing some step, so I checked the manual this time (had been relying on instructions on the FAQ site) and saw that I needed to go to Options-->Data Sharing-->Get from Web and then enter *her* credentials. As soon as I did this, I was able to get the games she scored. Then I did an export to get them on my team website and admin site.
