Can not change the player picture (resolved - use Admin WebSite)

I use Android so I am doing this via the Admin site on the web. One of my players has an old picture, (from a previous team). I can't seem to find a way to replace it with a new one.
Is there a way to delete the old picture? Or upload a new one?

Update player photo From your device , under player manager ..make sure have a valid internet connection and then option > export

I don't see any kind of "picture" option under player info. Where can you manipulate the picture? (AGAIN on an ANDROID device).

Ok . I stand semi corrected ..there appears to be a difference between iOS and Android devices on what can be done from the handheld device with respect to adding a photo . IOS devices it is obvious, tap on the photo or camera icon . Apparently not on android. On android you need to do from admin web site

I assume you just upload over existing photo to replace. I can not simulate from here .. Hope that works .
Sorry for false suggestion earlier . I don't use android and forgot it is different than iOS .

No - Uploading over the existing picture does NOT work. That is what i was trying to do. It looks like it uploads the new picture but the picture never changes on the site.
If we can't get this to work, could support just delete the pictures that are there now? then I'll replace them with new ones...
How do I get support involved?

When on the Admin Website, if you are viewing the roster, and click on an existing player image, it will let you replace it.

I just tried it - Although it appears to upload it, it does not replace it.

Any updates to this?
I am trying to replace older pictures with newer ones and it will not refresh the picture with the new one. I am using the Admin website to make the picture changes.. If the person doesn't have an existing picture, the upload works. The only issue is when a picture already exists, the old one stays.
I think it uploads the picture, but looks like a caching issue on the browser.

@beeaton , if you are using an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) use the device not the admin web site (my.iscorecentral.com) to change the photo.
If you use the Admin web site, It DOES work, (i just tried)
after you choose a file and upload - and if not replaced, refresh your browser . (the thumbnail may be held in cache)

You are correct, it seems to be a caching issue with the broswer.
