Wrong pitcher in lineup

After the game ended, I realized that the "winning pitcher" was not the one identified on the lineup.
No substitution was made during the game.
It was then confirmed by the coach that he has forgot to tell me about the switch of the pitcher at the very last moment before the game start ... and forgot to tell me
Result : At the end of the game, the stats for the pitcher were attributed to the pitcher figuring on my starting lineup instead to the subs pitcher who pitched the entire game
In this case, how can I restitute the stats from one pitcher to the other ??
