Check Network Connection - iScore Central

Hi, just getting started with iScore and everything works great except the 3 android devices that I have installed iScore Central on. All appears to function ok except when I select any game to see live or ended. In the overview Tab is first says "Updating", then "Check Network Connection". I never get any data. All of the functionality of iScore is working with scoring and casting and I can use iscoretv.com just fine on the same tablets or computers on my network.
Any ideas or did I miss something?
Thanks

Have you tried viewing different games? Do you get the same issue for all games? We just tried on a Galaxy S5 and it worked fine. What type of device(s) are you trying on? And what version of Android OS do you have installed?

Yes, any game that we try to view we get that message. Test/Demo games that I did myself and also any game that is in the live or ended state. No data populates.
My scoring device is a Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 and I also installed the iScore Central on it. Android Version is: 5.0.2
Another device we tried is a Galaxy Tab 4 7. Android Version is: 4.4.2
Another device we tried is a Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. Android Version is: 4.4.2
I also just installed on my Galaxy S4 with Android version 5.0.1. I turned off my wifi and tried with 4G connectivity only and get the same "Check Network Connectivity" message.
***BREAKTHROUGH*** I just installed on my wife's Galaxy S5 with ver 5.1.1 and it loads up just fine and seems to be working ok. This is on the same WIFI network as the rest of all these devices.
So, when I first thought it may be something with my network or my end, this one works. I should also mention that the app appears to run a little "sluggish" on all the other devices except the S5. Any ideas?
P.S. Thanks for the help.

Can you please include the devices / Android OS versions it is not working on for you? We are trying to identify the pattern here as it works on our test devices. But if we can find what the pattern is for the devices it is failing on, maybe we can figure out a fix.

Can you please be specific with the device types? We are trying with a Galaxy S5 (and another user said it worked on their Galaxy S5), so it is not simply all Samsung devices, and it is not all Galaxy devices. All we need to do is find one device we can reproduce this on and we can fix whatever it is. But so far we have not been able to reproduce.

Please also include your carrier... one time a couple years ago there was a carrier that was embedding things into all data that went over their network that was causing an issue. So let us know if you are using WiFi or your phone provider, and which provider it is. (Again, trying to find a common theme for people that are having this issue.)
