Email link and Central Viewer App

1) POTENTIAL ISSUE-
in Central Viewer app (iOS version) when i am in a game and use the ... Email a link function. And then click on the resulting link in email. It does not open the game in Iscore central viewer app as I would have expected, instead it opens a web page in App Store ( and to wrong app, scorekeeper app page not the central viewer app page).

What is the expected behavior?

I did not test on android device. But Can you look into the links and expected vs current behavior in both iOS and android device. I would have thought the link would open app and then go directly to specific game.

2) SUGGESTION ..
In the scoring app , suggest an update to the "email a link" email content to include links for Central viewer.. With multiple ways to view and best depends on the device, perhaps a small update to the email template is do..

Invite to view in multiple ways.
Three great ways to view live or watch a replay optimized based on your device and bandwidth

On a desktop or laptop (high graphics) ..( link to iscorecast)

On iOS device with free central viewer app (medium graphics) ( link)

On an Andorid device w free central viewer app (medium graphics) (link)

On any simple HTML web browser (low graphics) (html link)

In both cases, the emailed link should open the iScore Central app if the email is viewed on a device that has iScore Central installed and the link is clicked.

We will check into that behavior to find out if/why it is not happening.

Please double check,
Because it does not open Central Viewer App in either use case described on iPhone ( I have app installed and even open and when click on link in email sent to myself both go to webpades not app page)

Version numbers : iPhone (iOS 9.2.1) IScore Baseball (4.533) iOS central viewer app (1.20.120)

I still think some 'text edits' in email template would help clarify why different links, which link best to use based on type of device viewer has .. Something like

IScoreCast is optimized for viewing based on device and bandwidth, three choices
1- Desktop/Laptop - (full graphics)
2- Android & iOS phones and tablets - ( medium graphics)
3- Generic HTML web browser (minimal graphics)

I just re tested still does not work as expected..
I email a game link from inside central app using the ... Menu.

This is what comes in email and it directs to
App Store and Iscore app download
