Unable to register iPhone app

At the beginning of a new collegiate season, I delete the iScore app from both my iPhone and iPad mini and then reload. I do that to delete all players , games, etc. from the previous year and to start anew.
I had no problems with the iPad app. I registered it and was able to buy the MLB roster add-on.
However, when I try to register my iPhone app to add it to my existing account, nothing happens. I have input my name and email address and clicked register several times. I even tried deleting and reloading the app a few times in case that might work. I want to be able to sync the iPhone with the iPad, but unless I can register the iPhone I am not able to do that.
Any help you can provide will be appreciated.

Try doing and option export to connect your newly downloaded devices to the Iscore central servers

I did the export and logged into the my.iscorecentral site using the new device ID. All of that worked just fine.
But when I try to register, I still do not receive an email. BTW, I have tried to register using the device and using the account settings page on my.iscorecentral.
I do all of my scoring on the iPad, but I would like to be able to sync the iPhone with the iPad. That worked well last year.

Do you have any email addresses other than an @aol.com email? AOL is rejecting emails from our domain for some reason. You can also try contacting AOL to ask them to allow emails from @iscoresports.com and @fasterthanmonkeys.com to be received in their system.

That is not the problem. When I email game results to myself, I receive the email from
DoNotReply@iscoresports.com
I set up a notification within AOL using *@iscoresports.com as a filter. I then sent the game results. I received both the email containing the scorebook and the text message telling me that I got an email from iscoresports.com.
I tried using a different email, but I'm not sure that is a valid test since all mail to the other address is forwarded to the AOL email. I did check the other account and there are no emails waiting to be forwarded.

Let's go back to square 1.. Why are you trying to register .and how.
. It sounds like you want to register both your devices to a common email using OPTIONS>REGISTER on each device. Correct? Is this what you did. If so when you now go to OPTION>REGISTER it should show you all your "connected items " (web sites , devices add ona etc)
