asĀ of today, all the teams where supposed to have played 24 games and I only get 23 when looking through TEAM MANAGER
I did an IMPORT... and now I get 17-18 games, which I believe correspond to my last export
I was missing 1 game for each team, now I am missing 6 to 7 games and I stop right here... I didn't touch any button... is there a way to solve this issue

If you imported your last export, then you have overwritten what is on your device with the data from the last export as the message describes when you tap import.
If you go to Options -> Data Share -> Get from Web Database, and enter "sync:XXXXX" (include the sync: and change XXXX to the customer ID of your device), and enter the Admin password for your device, it will let you import games from the server that have been "synched" to the server.

After following your steps, at SELECT DATA, under GAMES, there is "no new games" and under TEAMS, I get "no new teams"
Have I lost everything??

Did you put "sync:" in front of your customer ID? Email us at
support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and a link to this post and we can check your data.

I lost several games when I uninstalled the app and then reinstall the app on my device. I no longer can see about six to seven games. I imported and still they did not return.
The odd thing is that when I go on to Data.Iscorecast.com I can see the missing games in the scoreboard Banner at the top of the page and when I click on it I can see the entire game play-by-play. So the data must still be there somewhere I don't know how to reload those games. I already attempted to go to options data share get from website database and try to sync that didn't work. It really has messed up my stats. I've been using iscore for two years now and never had problems.
Need help

you posted to an old thread (i will separate to its own thread later) more recent threads would have explained the solve
Worry not, the program has a couple safeguards built in , depending on how you enabled "Options > iScoreCast" and/or "Option > Data synchronization"
you should be able to retrieve your games with little effort.. using "Option > Data Share > Get From Web Database > User ID and Password "
but instead of your normal user ID, you will use a special prefix for your user ID "SYNC:" or "SC:"
here is a FAQ on data sharing if below does not answer your questions
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... _share.php
How to retrieve missing games
- use "Option > Data Share > Get From Web Database > User ID and Password
but instead of your user ID and password (as provided under "Option > Admin Website")
instead put use a special prefix in front of your ID, put an "SC:" or "Sync:" in front of your user ID.
for example: if your ID is 123456789 enter SC:123456789 and your password or try SYNC:123456789 and password
you will only see games NOT already on your device,
FYI - So you know, "Option > Import" only retrieves what you had previously "option > exported" . ( Data Sharing without the SC: or SYNC: access the same source) however SC: accesses a second server, the iscorecast server, and "sync:" uses a third server, the data synchronization server
The recommended practice is to "Option > Export" after every scored game to update any Team Websites and the my.iscorecentral.com Server. (and hence backup your data)
Let us know how it goes
