Premium account gone and missing scoring in game

Premium account gone and missing scoring in game

Even though I paid for the premium version, as of today I get the message that I need to upgrade to premium to get audio features. Before it worked fine.
Also some plays aren't shown in the play by play so the play by play does not reflect the actual scoring of the games. They don't match with the runs.

Please solve asap

Try logging out and logging back into the iScore Central app and it will re-confirm your subscription to Premium.

If a play is not showing in play by play, then it means the scorekeeper likely had an intermittent internet connectivity issue while scoring the game. If they choose the "iScorecast Synchronize" option either from the main scoring screen, or by going to Game Manager and selecting the game, then selecting the option from the Game Info screen, it will re-send all the events of the game up to the iScorecast server and you should then see any missing play(s).
