Pitcher's game stats not calculating

I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but here's what I'm seeing:

Looking at the pitching stats for a particular game, I noticed that my starting pitcher was absent. Screenshot from the iScore app:




However, when I populate a scorecard for the game, he's there:






On my iScore Central site, I see this:




I checked that the League was correctly selected. This is also affecting his cumulative stats, and I also noticed this same thing is happening to a different start of his, but not all of them.


Any idea what's going on??

If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know a specific game and player we can look at to see this issue, we can look at your data to see what is going on.
