Problem with post-game edit

Hi, I have a question about post-game editing.
I forgot to designate a courtesy runner for the pitcher during a game, and that runner subsequently scored.
After the game, I edited the pitch-by-pitch for that scoring play. On the "#24 (player name) Scores" play, I selected "Courtesy Runner", but a player screen to select the courtesy runner did not appear. The play now states "Courtesy Runner #24 (player name) comes in at home". Also the "EDIT" button is no longer activated for that play.
Since I couldn't apply a player as the Courtesy Runner, the number of runs scored is now reduced by 1 in both the pitching and hitting stats. The linescore is correct with 4 runs, but the stats only show we scored 3 runs.
Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks for your help!
