Sub edit after the game?

Last night my at my sons game I was iscoring the perfect game until the 5th and final inning. Kid gets hurt the inning before so that took him out of the batting order. I forgot to skip batter but thinking I could make the edit later, but nope Iscore would not let me. I tried to undo and make the sub but whether I hit the offense or defense tab, the home team would only show up. What did I do wrong other than not pay attention to who was at bat?
