There is no pinch runner button?

When subbing a pinch runner, I only have the option of a courtesy runner....isn't there a difference between the two?

If you have all players set to Batting = YES there will not be a Pinch Runner option because a Pinch Runner is an offensive substitution in the lineup, and when all players are batting you can not move a player in the lineup. Courtesy Runner is what you would use in that situation as it allows the runner to come in for another player, but does not take their place in the lineup.

There is a difference, but a pinch runner must be a sub. If you have all players set to YES batting, you technically have no subs, so you only have courtesy runners.
