Good evening!

Using the new dashboard option (iframe code option) on my son's high school jv team website. However, it is not displaying the games properly on smartphones - both IOS and Android phones. The current game is displayed to the right of the screen and parents/grandparents can't get to it. Also, does not appear to allow an option to scroll to the right, if one does scroll to the left.

I originally had it displaying up to 5 games, but reduced that to 3 games and it still does not appear to be working.

Another parent created the website and he was thrilled to put the dashboard on it. I am as well, as I am not having to send game links to missing parents all of the time.

Thanks for the advice and for a great product. I've been using this product for 5 plus years and 9 baseball seasons. Best $10 I ever spent for an application!

It looks like the creator of the website is not giving enough room for the number of games in the scoreboard. We would not have control of that website, but if enough room is given, the embedded part appears to be working correctly.

Thank you. I tried setting the width to a ridiculously high margin and it still didn’t help, I also turned on “scrolling” and that did enable a scroll for the desktop version (which has helped) but I still can’t get the mobile to scroll all the way right.

You could share with them that this is my code:

Change the g=5 parameter to something lower (like g=2 or g=3) to limit the number of games being displayed horizontally to 2 or 3. Then it will fit better in the space being given to the embedded object on the page. Simply changing the width parameter of the IFRAME is not going to make the web page itself have extra room. The page layout of their web page has a narrower width than 5 games would take (g=5 parameter), so it does not fit properly.

I had tried to change the game parameter already and it is not reflecting on the webpages - I currently have it set to 2 games and when I open up IE and Chrome - both are displaying the 5 games still.

I cleared the cache on my computer, rebooted and it is still displaying 5 games. Unless if there is something that has to be refreshed on the web server?

I just saw the parm in the iFrame code - have sent that to the website guy to make the change. Please disregard my previous comment.

Additional info from my web developer:

Thank you for the update. I set it to 3. And the change takes instantly on desktop browser but still does not work in mobile devices: Android Chrome or Android Dolphin. Still problem getting to the right side to select the current game. Even after emptying cache.
