3 issues

Post by ccriscuolo » Sun Mar 15, 2015 11:56 am

1) Minor issue; Intentional Walk does not add to the pitch count

2) Minor issue; switch hitter shows batter batting RH vs RH pitcher

3) Major issue; Ground Rule Double button does not add the scored runs to the scoreboard. In Pitch By Pitch it clearly shows runners scoring.

Can any of these issues be fixed?

1. Selecting Intentional Walk does not add to pitch count because many leagues allow declared intentional walks which are not supposed to count against pitch count. If your league counts the pitches on intentional walks, place your finger on the Ball button and slide up to enter an intentional ball. Do this for each pitch and the 4th will trigger an intentional walk.

2. Place your finger on the batter and "flick" to the left or right side to tell iScore which side of the plate the batter is batting from.

3. We just created a new game, entered a double, then entered a Ground Rule double and the runner that was on second scored. The scoreboard shows the score as 1-0. Is it possible when iScore asked what happened to your base runners, you selected the "Run Not Scored" option? That would say the runner crossed the plate but not to count the run. If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID and the specific game details, we can take a look at your data to see what is going on.

1. Fair enough
2. So I'd have to manually switch it every time? I guess it has no effect in scorekeeping so not a big deal.
3. I re-scored that inning and it worked. Don't know what I did wrong, definitely not the 'runner not scoring' because I've never used that.
