iscore not updating

scored my first game of the season, and the web viewer would not update automatically. had to exit of scoring, I-sync, and even then it would take several seconds/minutes to update, sometimes not at all, without re-syncing again.
only difference in this year and last, is a different phone, but now a 4g phone, in=game tweets work, just not in the browser.
help.

It sounds like you do not have iScorecast enabled - go to the Options screen and be sure to enable the iScorecast option from there. Maybe when you got the new device it remained in the default state of OFF.

scoring on same device, a XOOM tablet, only the hotspot has changed, to a new 4g phone.
if it was the device it wouldn't be updating at all. I had to exit, and I-sync for it to update.

PS if you'll visit the latest game, it's stuck in the 5th inning, game's been over for over 18 hours.

When a game gets "stuck", it means the connectivity is poor quality. Perhaps the new hotspot is having trouble in your current location.

hmmm. should've had a good 4G connection, but due to a little precipitation, I WAS sitting in the stands, under a metal roof, which at times, definitely could have an effect.
i'll try something different, outside, under the stars/sun and check my signal strength. more to come.
i doubt that's it, but i'll try.
