Emailing Scorecard from Game Failing

Post by dianrob » Sat Feb 14, 2015 12:19 pm

Last weekend, I was able to email the scorecards for our two games and they showed up on our team website. When I try now, the progress bar goes to 99%, then pauses for several seconds and then I get a message that it failed to send, "please try again later". If it's not on iScore's end then the only thing I changed was the League name. It looked like everything got updated (players, teams, games, etc) with the modified league name (changed Border Battle to 2015 Border Battle). Is it possible something didn't get updated and there's a conflict during the upload of the scorecard? I've also tried using a different email address (gmail instead of yahoo mail) and that didn't help. I've also tried Exporting/Optimizing/Importing. And I've tried deleting the i-Scorecasts and re-synchronizing them. No luck yet! Any suggestions for how I might get my game email function working again? BTW I can still email player cards. OK now it's working! While I was typing this post it got fixed. So I don't know if one of the things I tried fixed it or if someone at iScore saw me having issues and fixed it but either way it's working again! I'll still post this just in case someone else has the same problem. Thanks iScore if you fixed it! If you didn't then emailing a player card and then going back to the game must have done it!! BTW I LOVE iSCORE BASEBALL and so do our coaches!!! Check out our team website... iscorebaseball.com/jwn

A security certificate on one of Amazon's SES Email servers expired today and was causing issues for some emails. This should now be resolved.
