I have not been on since last season. I started today to work on my leagues but i have no data at all. Did something change with the ios upgrade? Can you help me find my old stuff?

Did you get a new device? or did your device get erased when you upgraded your iOS on your existing device? iScore data would not go away with a standard upgrade. The only way it would go away is if you got a new device, or if you remove the iScore app from your device and reinstall.

If you restore a backup from iTunes it will restore your iScore data.

If you have done an Options -> Export in iScore, then your data will exist on the iScore server, and an Options -> Import may recover that data.

If you have a new customer ID however, then if you register your device with the same email address you registered your old account to, then you can copy your old data by following the instructions at the following link:

I have not gotten a new ipad and to my knowledge, i have not erased and reloaded. I do have a different customer ID from what i remember. I have been a customer of yours for a very long time. I would really appreciated someone helping me get all my old data back. Please, can you look?

If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with your old customer ID we can check what has been exported to our server.
