Getting iScore program on New iPad

At a Best Buy store, I recently traded in my iPad 3 for a new iPad Mini; the Mini operates exactly like the larger iPad. The trade-in procedure was to back up the old iPad to Cloud, after which the old iPad was completely erased and kept by the store. When I next had access to wifi, I did a "restore" on my new Mini. Most of the old programs, documents, and pictures came back to the new device - but not the iScore program. I am pretty sure that all of my rosters and game scoring was sent to the web site recently. So....how do I get the program back on my new iPad Mini? And, how do I get the MLB, MiLB, etc Rosters back to the new device? I have looked at several articles on the subject of new devices, but they all seem to assume that I still have the old device. Please help. Thank you.

you can always re down load any app from the App store for free using the same apple id as your original purchase
that is an easy way to get the app back on your device ..but that brings back the app "as new" without the data..
i recently did a new device swap using the Apple iCloud backup and restore and all my apps reappeared very quickly on new iPad no issue. Is that how you restored.. when i did it, iscore came bcd like all other apps.

iScore would not be any different. If you were logged into iTunes with the same account you purchased iScore with, it would have restored along with everything else including all the data.
If you registered your previous device in iscore, then if you register your new device to the same email, you can retrieve your old data by following the steps here:

@ rockportjack
did the cloud restore finally come through?
if not, yes there is an assumption / need for some information on both devices "to tie them together"
you can fix it yourself following the FAQ in the link support provided if you have ..
* registered the old device to an email address
* have the old device id
If you do not have the old device ID or registered to an email address
* if you had a team web site subscription , or an old an old iscorecast URL link, you can email that information to Supprt and they may be able to back trace your old id and help transfer database from old device to new.

I did the same as you describe....backed up old device to iCloud, later restored to the new device. I was not logged in to iTunes as support states. I tried to log in to my account and register my new iPad, but I don't remember the correct user name / password; they are different from the forum. Maybe I should down load the app as you suggested, then try to get my data. What do you think?

@ rockportjack.
I know you have been around Iscore for a while, And I suspect amxiois to get things back to normal ...
Do you have the Iscore device ID from before the 'restore'?
If so, then yes one approach is to redownload the app and set up Iscore like new . (Options > admin web site, options > export, options > register )
Then you can email
support@iscoresports.com .. With old and new device if and they can transfer data behind the scenes
If you do not have your old device id .. Need to find it. And support can help. If you have any old iscorecast links or a team web site or an email address you would have registered it to ... Send email to support with that info and they can help find your old device id number .
From there all easy

To any reading along
Couple things everyone should do
1) register all your iscore devices to a common email address
2) write down /save your device ID for future reference
3) after every game you score OPTION>EXPORT
if you do this you can always recover data in case of lost, damaged or upgraded device

Very good advice regarding common registration of all devices and frequently exporting. I was able to get everything onto my new device only after registering everything to the same email. That done, all of the user ids show up on the website so that I could copy my old data to my new device id. All seems to be ok now, with one quirk: I am looking at the MLB rosters for the Royals and the Giants. All the current names seem to be there, but on a few of the roster names there is no "three lines" at the far right of these names, enabling the name to be moved up or down in the lineup / batting order. For example, I can't move Buster Posey into the four hole. Strange. Maybe with time this problem will solve itself. I'm looking forward to scoring the World Series games, and using the game-time lineups touted by iScore support. Thanks again for the help.

Glad u are working again .
The three line issue is unrelated and due to a bug introduced in iOS 8 update
Make sure you have the most recent version of Iscore (v4.51) from
Last week on your device
