What would you be using http://www.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for? We have my.iscorecentral.com for the Admin Website, but http://www.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; is not really intended to be anything.

My admin web site is not available and I did an export less than 5 minutes ago from my iPad. I also have iScore on iPhone but only as a convenient way to cary the results of games around with me. Do I have to export from this as well? I just did a date share with the pad and all games are on both devices but am afraid that if I export from phone and it is any different from pad, I will be in trouble

@brian_oshea - Do an Export from whichever device you are trying to log in to the Admin Website for. To log in to the Admin Website, use http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

@ae0705t - OK, thank you. We have quite a few sites and are trying to consolidate use into the correct sites as we go. Thank you for pointing out that http://www.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; used to work. We will make that link work again by having it go to the "correct" URL.

Was able lo log in to Admin site using above URL, but I still do not have roster pictures. In the future do I use the above URL or at some time in the future we can go back to the old URL?

http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; has always been the correct URL to use. If you look in Options -> Admin Website on the device, that is the URL it tells you to use. We had that URL redirecting for a while during a transition to the new Admin Website, so maybe you bookmarked a different page during that time period, but http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; has and will be the official URL to use to get to the Admin Website.

We are working on the roster pictures. We are trying to both address the issue with our ISP, and at the same time address caching issues users have faced when trying to update their images (you may have seen people ask about this in the past). The server issues were unplanned, but we are trying to make the best of it by fixing this issue while bringing everything back 100%.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Didn't realize there were problems until I went in today to fine tune the locations of games played today. Can't access map to do that and all my scorecards and scorecasts from previous games are gone on the admin website. The games I did today are the only ones that showed up with scored cards and scorecasts. What info do you need to correct this or do I just need to be patient for a while.

We are still in the process of bringing things back to 100%. This requires a lot of moving of data. We believe we have all the core scorekeeping things fully functional, but there are still a few things that are taking a bit longer to complete. Thank you again for your patience.

to FTM, thanks for the hard work to resort things

to my Forum Colleagues - thanks for the positive support to the developers and the community. outstanding!!!
(this was the worst outage i can recall, and you all were 100% supportive).

FTM - In case unaware, and likely lower on priority list.. "HTML player".. I get the log in screen, but unable to get to game index, once logged in. tried with a couple different devices

Also, I have a new user log in page i had saved, not sure if old link or not, but not working http://my.iscorecentral.com/newuser.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
