I too am having issues with emailing results. Have tried 3 different addresses, 1 earthlink, 1 gmail, and 1 work email. I have not received anything. What is the problem?

Good morning. I can appreciate how frustrating this is to those effected, but it does not appear to be a iscore side issue.. It seems to be spam filter related by either user settings or users email provider (uncontrollable)

I just sent my self another random past game stat email, 9:45am edt. name@gmail.com and received in minutes.

I have all spam filtering settings at gmail turned off.

I am very surprised the user reported gmail not coming through. Would recommend trying that again, making double sure good Internet connectivity, no email typos, and no spam filtering in gmail..

If you want to replicate what I am testing... I am sending by game manager > select game > email, All options enabled (HTML, excel, csv, scorecard) for both teams to a single @gmail.com email address.

Hi,

I have been trying to email the game results to myself since last night. I have tried several times and have turned off all filters. Anybody else having issues.

Thanks

We have had reports from cox.net and comcast.net customers of not being able to receive emails. Please contact your email provider if you are using one of those two providers and ask why emails from "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com" are being blocked. We have also sent correspondence to them, but have not yet received a reply. Maybe if enough people start complaining, they will get this fixed right away.

In the meantime, we are trying to figure out other methods to get email to people on those providers, but we hope Cox and Comcast can come up with a fix.

This is a great forum by the way.

Anyway until yesterday, I was emailing and receiving my stats from my iphone successfully. I do have a comcast.net email address. I contacted their live chat and did all the things she said to do (delete history, cache, temp files) and power down completely. I did all that and still cannot recieve email from DoNotReply@iscoresports.com. She said to check with you.

I am glad I am not alone with this issue. This is a great program and I hope we can figure out what the problem is.

One thing I did do yesterday...on my iphone, I noticed that there was an update available for iscore (I guess it shows when updates are available)...so I updated to the newest version. Do you think this has anything to do with it?

The update would not have anything to do with the email issues. People with the older version would be having the same problem. We have emailed Comcast asking why they are blocking our emails, but they have not yet responded. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

OK great...I will wait and see what happens.

Again...great forum and fantastic software. The customer support and response time is unbelievable! I know this will work out.

I have also not been receiving the game emails as of this weekend. I have carolina.rr.com. Have any other time warner email customers had an issue?

You are the first time warner customer we have heard of having the issue.

Comcast has responded (though it seems like a form letter and without an address we can ask for more info from) saying that they are not blocking our email IP address. There still must be some kind of filtering going on, and we are continuing to investigate.

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on perspective I guess), we use gmail to handle our company email addresses, and the other free services that we have (hotmail.com, yahoo.com) appear to be receiving the emails fine. Is anyone using an email service where we can sign up for an address with them to experience the failures as well?

Everything was fine until this weekend, I'm not sure what TW has changed. I have noticed that when I email the scorecard populates on the website so it would appear all is good getting to your server just not back out.

On a side note that may be related I have received 2 notices this week that business' we patronize have been hacked and our name and email address have been exposed. I have never received this kind of notice. Perhaps carriers have clamped security if some internet shenanigans are currently going on?
