Problem with keyboard obscuring field entry on iPhone 4

I'm new to using this app. When adding a new player to a roster, after entering the name and player number I'm unable to get the keyboard display out of the way in order to access the fields at the bottom of the screen (batting, throwing, position information). So far, I've only been able to figure out that I can save and then go back into the player record to enter this information, but need to be able to do it all in one initial entry.

Having to manually force hide the keyboard is common in Different iPhone apps. Not unique to score. You will get accustom to having to clear the pop up key board using the hide keyboard key on bottom right, or return or go key, depending on the app use..
