Cannot Export Data

Cannot Export Data
I have tried several times to export data to the server today and each time it is unsuccessful. I have confirmed by Leagues are correct, tried on Wifi and 3G, etc. Still nothing. What else can I try?

I tried 5+ times today without success. I am connecting using WiFi and can connect to the iscorecast site using Safari. Perhaps an iscore server problem?

Just tried an export from one of our devices here, and it got a "Success" message as normal. We do not see any indications of server issues. It has been over an hour since the previous poster, so maybe something has cleared up, but we do not see any indications of server failures.

I have tried in the last 20 minutes multiple times. (~2;20 eastern) and NOT able to export either.

Just did another export from another device, and it succeeded without issue. Maybe there are broader internet issues going on that we do not control? Our tests are being done on the west coast. Anyone having trouble exporting from the west coast?

FTMSupport: Have you guys then tried to import the database back into your device? I imported my database back into my iPhone, and I am getting a blank database (no teams, games or players). I get the Import successful screen, but no data. I still have my leagues (which I have enabled all of them), but that it is it. I can still access all my data through the website, and admin site, just not my iPhone.

I do not want to import to my iPhone because I am concerned that I will lose the game that I am trying to export. I will email the stats and scorebook so that I can re-enter but would rather not if there is a larger issue. I just tried to export again and it was unsuccessful.

Unable to export in Missouri. Tried both wifi and 3g.

FirebirdsGold - why are you trying to import? did you make make changes on your ADMIN site or FTM on your behalf? Importing will replace (not merge) your handheld database with what ever is on the server and if you have something newer on handheld it will be lost
